How it works
In a typical suggestion therapy session for help with losing weight
using hypnosis it is split into two parts - a 'talky' bit at the
beginning of the session, followed by a relaxing hypnosis session
at the end in which positive hypnotic suggestions are used.
At the beginning of the session several psychological techniques
are discussed (in plain english) that will really help you to
be more positive and achieve your weight loss goals. Most helpful
of all, you will learn simple but powerful techniques to get results
fast by thinking and feeling more positive...
The session normally lasts approx 60-90 minutes.
The session can be repeated at a later date to continue to keep
the person 'on track'.

Eating Disorders and serious drinking
problems
If the weight issues are serious and ongoing, or where there are
a combination of other body-image problems such as anorexia or
bulimia or binging, then a course of analytical
hypnotherapy would almost certainly be more suitable to deal
with some of the root causes of these major issues.
