Hypnotherapy is the use of the relaxing state of hypnosis combined
with and other therapeutic techniques. What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation and concentration for
mind and body. Can everybody be hypnotised?
Yes. It is a misconception that there are people that cannot go
into hypnosis. Can I be controlled or made to do something
silly?
Absolutely not and our professionalism and strict code of ethics
means that you need not worry anyway. I promise that at no stage
will you ever feel 'out of control'.Will I fall asleep?
No you will always remain awake just simply wonderfully, deeply
relaxed.Will I remember everything?
Yes.Do you see children for hypnotherapy?
Yes. Children and young teenagers often respond well to hypnotherapy
and in particular the 'Blowaway
Technique' which is a one session type of hypnotherapy specifically
designed for children. Why should I choose you as my therapist?
Good question. You may be surfing the internet and looking at several
choices. All I can really say is that what you read on this website
is what you get - as a professional hypnotherapist in Cheltenham
I have worked successfully with several thousand clients for many
years on a full time basis.By coming to see me you can be sure of experience, care, expertise, and professionalism, with sessions conducted in relaxing, confidential and comfortable surroundings.
Above all, you will simply get good quality therapy that you may not receive elsewhere.
Do you offer a free initial consultation?
Yes. There is no obligation and it usually lasts around 30-40 minutes.
Not normally required for smoking cessation. Can I bring someone with me to the consultation?
Yes of course. How much do you charge?
It depends on the nature of the session - see my fees
page. How many sessions will I need?
Very simple symptoms such as stopping smoking can be dealt with
in just a single session. More 'deep rooted' anxieties or problems
can take more time and more visits depending on each individual
case.Do you do home visits?

Lawn Practice. What hours and days do you work?
Monday to Friday full time - office hours 10-6.Is there free parking?
